1. Overview
Peregrine Technologies, Inc., located at 71 Stevenson Street 94105, #700, San Francisco, CA 941045, U.S.A("we" or "us") provide this notice to inform you of our personal information handling practices for personal information we collect from those who interact with us such as by phone or email or at events, those who apply for a job with us or one of our affiliates and visitors to sites operated by us that link to this notice (“site” or “sites”). This notice does not cover practices of other companies.
This notice sets out the basis on which any personal data, personally identifiable information, or personal information (“personal data”) we collect from you, or that you provide to us, through our sites will be processed by us. This notice does not cover any personal data that we process as a service provider for customers.
When you are considered for a job at Peregrine , your personal data will be collected by us.

2. Information We Collect About You
We will collect and process the following personal data about you:
(i) Information you give to us.
This is information about you that you give us by filling in forms on our site or using our interactive tools or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail, or otherwise such as when applying for a job. It includes information you provide when you request information about our services, and when you report a problem with our site.
The information you give us may include your first and last name, email, phone number, group memberships, organization ID and details, and other information that you choose to provide. Providing such personal data is voluntary. However, without providing such personal data, we will not be able to provide you with information or services you request from us if your personal information is necessary for rendering those services. You will know what personal data you provide because you will actively submit it to us.
(ii) Information we collect about you.
In addition to the personal data that you actively provide, for us to monitor and maintain the performance of the sites, the sites may automatically collect, process, and store certain information about you, such as through cookies and other tracking technologies (you can opt out of optional cookies here: Your Privacy Choices), to the extent permitted under applicable law:
- Web analytics information, including the domain and host name from which you access the Internet, the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet and IP address-based geolocation data, browser type and version, time zone and country setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, web page interactions, referring/source through which you accessed the site, statistics associated with the interaction between device or browser at the site; and
- information about your site visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL), clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time), services you viewed or searched for, page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page.
(iii) Information we receive from other sources.
We are working closely with third parties that may provide us with additional information about you, including recruiting services that may provide recruitment data such as resume, job title, and job history.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal data held about you in the following ways:

- Providing you with the services, site or information you request.
- Meeting or fulfilling the reason you provided the information to us.
- Providing support and assistance for the site.

To the extent permitted under applicable data protection law, we may disclose your personal data to:

(iii) third parties:
- In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we will disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.
- If we or our affiliates, or substantially all of the assets of any of the foregoing, is acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets.
- In the event of a bankruptcy or other transaction in which a third party assumes control of or business (in whole or in part).
- oIf we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation or request of law enforcement, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of us or our affiliates, our employees, customers, or others.
5. International Data Transfers
Your personal data may be disclosed to employees, representatives, or other third parties operating outside of the country you are based in and who work for, or are engaged by us, or our affiliates in other countries, and to our service providers who may be located outside of the country you are based. Service providers may be located in the following countries: United States, the United Kingdom and Canada.

We seek to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use and disclosure using physical, technical, organizational and administrative security measures. Although we work to protect the security of your data that we hold in our records, no method of transmitting data over the internet or storing data is completely secure.
We retain personal data about you for the longer of (i) as necessary for the purposes described in this notice (ii) any duration necessary for compliance with laws, and (iii) for as long as necessary for the exercise or defense of legal rights and archiving, back-up and deletion processes.
