Effective emergency management requires decision-makers and first responders across various agencies to work in precise lockstep. Manatee County Emergency Management uses Peregrine's data integration technology to give everyone involved a common operating picture, driving more efficient storm preparation, crisis response, and recovery initiatives.

In a recent article, Forbes explored how Manatee’s investment in emerging tech strengthened and streamlined the county’s emergency management initiatives during last year’s hurricane season.

Data integration even enables more efficient damage assessments, said Manatee County Public Safety Director Jodie Fiske: “The faster we have this information, the faster we can substantiate our damages, and the faster that money goes to our residents who need the help."

Our CEO Nick Noone told Forbes about how Peregrine’s law enforcement roots drive value in the emergency management space: “This progression occurred because of our established presence among the multi-disciplinary personnel and emergency management or federal task forces collaborating on problem-solving. They need a means of dynamically integrating with all these fractured systems to perform agile search and analysis."

Peregrine is proud to partner with Manatee County in its innovative efforts to keep community members safe. Read the full Forbes story here.
