California State Sheriffs' Association Magazine: Evolving beyond real-time crime with the Orange County Sheriff’s Department

The Orange County Sheriff’s Department (OCSD) is building a real-time operations center (RTOC) – a cutting-edge, multi-disciplinary facility, scheduled to be operational by the end of 2023.

More than a prototypical real-time crime center (RTCC), OCSD’s RTOC will be a regional hub to coordinate real-time response to calls for service and major events throughout the county.

“When searching for forward thinking partners for our new technology center, we were very deliberate in who we chose to partner with. As we reimagined how we consume and manage our multiple disparate data sources, Peregrine was a logical choice.
